隱私權政策
我們相信「提醒,不是查詢」。為了提醒,我們需要少量資料;我們不會拿你的資料去做其他事。
一、我們蒐集什麼
BusArrive 只蒐集為了「提醒功能」必要的資料:
- 裝置推播 Token (APNs Device Token):Apple 系統產生的隨機字串,用來把提醒推播送到你的手機。不與你的姓名、電話、Email 連結。
- 你建立的提醒設定:路線、站牌、提醒時段、提前秒數、提醒音效。儲存於我們的伺服器,用以在對的時間觸發推播。
- 你的通勤組合:多段路線 + 站,僅儲存於你的裝置。
- 內購狀態:由 Apple StoreKit 處理,我們僅取得「已購買 / 未購買」,不接觸交易細節。
二、我們不蒐集什麼
- 姓名、Email、電話、Apple ID 等任何能識別你個人的資料
- 瀏覽紀錄、廣告 ID、行銷追蹤 — 完全不放廣告、不做 tracking
- 聯絡人、相簿、麥克風、健康資料
三、位置資料怎麼處理
- 「附近站牌」與「天氣提示」會請求位置權限(使用 App 期間)
- 位置只用於該次查詢(附近站牌 / Apple 天氣),用完即丟,不寫入資料庫、不寫 log、不傳第三方
- 關閉 App 後不再取用
四、我們使用哪些第三方服務
- 交通部 TDX 公車路線、站牌、即時到站資料(tdx.transportdata.tw)
- Apple APNs 推播送出
- Apple StoreKit 處理 Pro 一次性買斷
- Apple WeatherKit 天氣提示(若你授權位置);位置由 Apple 處理
- Firebase Crashlytics 閃退診斷,不含個人識別資料
- Supabase / Vercel 後端資料庫與 API host
五、資料保留與刪除
- 推播 Token:解除安裝或關閉推播後,於下次推播失敗時清除(通常 30 天內)
- 提醒設定:你可在 App 內清除我的資料,我們會立即從伺服器移除
六、兒童隱私
BusArrive 不主動蒐集 13 歲以下使用者資料,不含定向廣告。如得知未滿 13 歲使用者提供個人資料,我們會立即移除。
七、政策變更
重大變更會在 App 內通知。輕微更新直接更新本頁,並標示「最後更新」日期。

Privacy Policy
We believe in reminding, not searching. To remind you, we need a little data — and we never use it for anything else.
1. What we collect
BusArrive only collects what the reminder feature needs:
- APNs device token: a random string generated by Apple to deliver push reminders to your phone. Not linked to your name, phone, or email.
- Your reminders: route, stop, time window, lead seconds, and chosen sound — stored on our server to fire the push at the right time.
- Your commute setup: stored on your device only.
- Purchase status: handled by Apple StoreKit; we only see "purchased / not purchased", never payment details.
2. What we do NOT collect
- Name, email, phone, Apple ID, or anything that identifies you personally
- Browsing history, ad IDs, marketing tracking — no ads, no tracking at all
- Contacts, photos, microphone, health data
3. How location is handled
- "Nearby stops" and the weather nudge request location (while using the app)
- Location is used only for that lookup (nearby stops / Apple Weather), then discarded — never written to our database, logs, or shared with third parties
- Not accessed after you close the app
4. Third-party services
- MOTC TDX bus routes, stops, real-time arrivals (tdx.transportdata.tw)
- Apple APNs push delivery
- Apple StoreKit one-time Pro purchase
- Apple WeatherKit weather nudge (if you allow location); location handled by Apple
- Firebase Crashlytics crash diagnostics, no personal identifiers
- Supabase / Vercel backend database and API host
5. Retention & deletion
- Push token: cleared on the next failed push after you uninstall or disable notifications (usually within 30 days)
- Reminders: you can clear your data in-app; we remove it from the server immediately
6. Children's privacy
BusArrive does not knowingly collect data from users under 13 and contains no targeted ads. If we learn a user under 13 has provided personal data, we remove it immediately.
7. Changes
Material changes will be announced in-app. Minor updates are reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.

プライバシーポリシー
私たちは「検索」ではなく「お知らせ」を大切にしています。お知らせのために最小限のデータを使い、それ以外の用途には一切使いません。
1. 収集する情報
BusArrive はリマインダー機能に必要な情報のみ収集します:
- APNs デバイストークン:Apple が生成するランダムな文字列で、プッシュ通知を端末に届けるために使用します。氏名・電話番号・メールとは結び付きません。
- リマインダー設定:路線・バス停・時間帯・通知の前倒し秒数・通知音。適切なタイミングで通知するためサーバーに保存します。
- 通勤設定:お使いの端末内のみに保存されます。
- 購入状況:Apple StoreKit が処理し、「購入済み／未購入」のみ取得します。決済情報には触れません。
2. 収集しない情報
- 氏名・メール・電話番号・Apple ID など個人を特定できる情報
- 閲覧履歴・広告 ID・マーケティング追跡 — 広告なし・トラッキングなし
- 連絡先・写真・マイク・ヘルスデータ
3. 位置情報の扱い
- 「近くのバス停」と天気のお知らせで位置情報を要求します(App 使用中のみ)
- 位置情報はその場の照会(近くのバス停／Apple Weather)にのみ使用し、その後破棄します。データベースやログに保存せず、第三者にも共有しません
- App を閉じた後はアクセスしません
4. 利用する第三者サービス
- 台湾交通部 TDX バス路線・バス停・リアルタイム到着(tdx.transportdata.tw)
- Apple APNs プッシュ配信
- Apple StoreKit Pro の買い切り購入
- Apple WeatherKit 天気のお知らせ(位置許可時);位置は Apple が処理
- Firebase Crashlytics クラッシュ診断、個人識別情報なし
- Supabase / Vercel バックエンド DB と API ホスト
5. 保持と削除
- プッシュトークン:アンインストールや通知オフ後、次回の配信失敗時に削除(通常 30 日以内)
- リマインダー:App 内でデータを消去でき、サーバーから即時削除します
6. 子どものプライバシー
BusArrive は 13 歳未満のユーザーの情報を意図的に収集せず、ターゲット広告も含みません。13 歳未満のユーザーが個人情報を提供したと判明した場合は直ちに削除します。
7. 変更について
重要な変更は App 内でお知らせします。軽微な更新は本ページに反映し、「最終更新」日を記載します。
